Mental health problems can affect anyone, at any time. This week is mental health awareness week and the theme is ‘kindness matters’. One thing we have seen in the media during these unprecedented times is the extraordinary kindness people are showing one another. As a school community we wish to highlight the importance of how helping others can have an impact on our own mental health and help to reduce stress and improve emotional well-being.
