Lego Club – Working in groups of up to 3, the children develop turn taking and team building skills as well as developing skills in listening, attention, reading and following instructions and enhancement of vocabulary. They also learn to transfer skills from other areas of the curriculum, such as maths (using times tables to count the number of studs on large pieces of Lego).

While the Engineer reads and delivers instructions to the Supplier and Builder, the Supplier must find the right pieces and hand them safely to the Builder who, in turn, then listens to the instructions and adds them to the model.

Lego Club is a great way to have fun with friends while leading to a sense of achievement and team work when finishing a model!
